We contracted Mainkon Pty Ltd to undertake a full strip out and bathroom renovation late in 2016. Paul and his tradespeople did an outstanding job – and he was on time and on budget as well!

There was a need for Paul to liaise directly with our interior designer in regards the finishes and fittings. Paul was able to adhere to the design brief and in some cases sources the fittings at better prices than what we could purchase at directly. Therefore there was a convenience to using Mainkon without the price penalty. We were also impressed with the workmanship of his plumber and electrician. It was important for us that the trades kept the site clean as we were using the house all through the renovation and all tradespeople were very accommodating in this regard.

The end result is really impressive – we couldn’t be happier and would gladly recommend Paul and his team to others.

Paul, I just wanted to write and formally let you know how happy Maggie and I are with the work you and your team did for us at our home. You were engaged for 2 jobs. Kitchen wall/window removal and bathroom/toilet complete renovation. Your removal of the old style arched walls between the kitchen and lounge room replacing it with a beam made the combined areas so much better. When you are in the lounge or kitchen you can see both ways now, meaning it’s one lovely open plan area. The work was well done, on time, little mess and it has made a big difference to us.

The bathroom and separate toilet was a much bigger exercise. They were both pre 1992. Terrible. You and your team did a wonderful makeover. The job was done efficiently. The price was good considering all the work you did reshaping walls and door ways. The boys were always tidy and the result is stunning. Beautiful niche lighting , floor to ceiling tiling and I certainly appreciated your guidance and advice on layout and appliances.

It was a pleasure dealing with you Paul and I ask you to please pass on my thanks to your team for a job well done. I would happily recommend you and your team to any other customers and they are welcome to call me for a verbal confirmation too.

Paul and the team from Mainkon just finished renovating our ensuite and we are thrilled with the result. Their professionalism, attention to detail, friendly respectful attitude and punctuality couldn't be faulted. Paul made suggestions that we hadn't thought of and even went the extra mile by picking up our chosen materials and delivering to us. He was also on site for part of every day during the reno giving us the confidence that he was aware of every aspect of the job. The job was finished in a timely manner, on budget (as quoted), and the site was left clean and rubbish free.

We have no hesitation in recommending Mainkon and will definitely use them again ourselves.
